Project of Four Volume Edition of History of Film
Abstract
Presentation of the project of four volume edition of History of Film edited by Tadeusz Lubelski, Iwona Sowińska and Rafał Syska and prepared in Institute of Audiovisual Arts at Jagiellonian University in Cracow. The authors of this edition are using new sources of information and current academic studies. The editors of this new History of Film want this monumental book to offer its readers a competent narration that would help them to understand a cinema history and give them a strong basis for further studies.

Redaktor Encyklopedii kina (2003) i Historii kina (t. I, 2009). Od 2006 roku członek Europejskiej Akademii Filmowej, a od 2007 roku przewodniczący Komitetu Nauk o Sztuce PAN.
