“Metropolis” (An Excerpt)

Abstract

The fragment of the famous novel, on which equally famous film was based, is presented here not only as a necessary complementation of the theme “Artificial Man” but also as a document of the epoch (a forgotten original translation of Witold Zechenter made over 70 years ago.)
