the call for submissions for the next two volumes is now open:
- no. 132 (Winter 2025): WORLD CINEMA (submission deadline: September 1, 2025),
- no. 133 (Spring 2026): FILM STUDIES AND MEDIA STUDIES IN THE HUMANITIES (submission deadline: December 8, 2025).

The project Internationalization and improvement of the publishing quality of the journal “Kwartalnik Filmowy” is financially supported by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Poland under the “Development of scientific journals” program. Agreement no. RCN/SN/0685/2021/1. Project duration: 15.12.2022-14.12.2024. The total funding value is PLN 50 000; the total value of the project is PLN 50 000. The aim of the project is to raise the level of publishing and editing practices and to increase the international range of the journal Kwartalnik Filmowy.

GRANT

The project Publishing of “Kwartalnik Filmowy” in 2024 in paper version is financially supported by the Polish Film Institute under the operational program “Dissemination of film culture”. Agreement no. DUK.602.9.2024. Project duration: 11.01.2024-16.12.2024. The total funding value is PLN 24 000.
